Phaydra was born and raised in Tucson, AZ. She grew up catching lizards, snakes and finding insects that are intriguing to look at. She enjoys talking about music, animals, cars and video games. 

Phay has a ‘95 Miata that is very precious to her, along with her dog named Farlan. Outside of work she likes to go out to car shows/meets, to the river and lakes to go fishing with her significant other, stay home and play video games or watch movies/shows, and is a big “foodie.” 

Phay has been in the dental field for 9 years and is excited to be a part of the Boyse family!

Tiffany was born and raised in Arizona, and brings over 22 years of dental experience to the Boyse family. With 12 years as a dental assistant and 10 years as a dental hygienist, she combines extensive experience with a genuine passion for patient care. Tiffany dedicates time to educate patients on maintaining good periodontal health, ensuring they leave with the knowledge to keep their smiles healthy.

Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys an active lifestyle that includes biking, hiking, and outdoor adventures. She loves traveling, gym sessions with her fiancé, and most importantly, spending quality time with her family.

Known for her ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease, Tiffany builds confidence, trust, and friendship with everyone she treats. Her warm approach and professional excellence create a welcoming environment for all.

Kayla is originally from Fort Collins, Colorado but considers Arizona home. She is a mom of three beautiful girls who keep her very busy outside of work where she is their greatest support. When she is not working on teeth, you can find her camping up north or spending time with her family. They love taking their CANAM out to ride and get dirty in the Arizona desert or up north when the weather is too hot! Football Sundays, darts, corn hole, movie nights and backyard family bbq’s are what makes her family happy. Although there are some occasional rivalry battles between Cardinals versus Broncos but at the end of the day it’s all fun and games.

Kayla has spent 17 years in dentistry working in all types of different positions. She started off as a Dental Assistant and worked her way throughout hygiene school. She graduated from Mesa Community College and has really enjoyed her journey through dentistry. On top of that, Kayla has stepped into the front office role on a regular basis, rounding out her incredible knowledge of dentistry and patient care beautifully.

Candice grew up in Gilbert. She became a licensed aesthetician after high school and enjoyed working in a spa for several years. 

In 2013, Candice accepted a position as a dental assistant and discovered her true passion in dentistry. She went on to graduate with a degree in dental hygiene in 2018. She loves educating and building relationships with her patients while creating a safe, comfortable space for them to receive the care they need.

Candice enjoys spending time with her amazing husband and 3 adorable kids. She loves to travel internationally, but also enjoys trips to the beach and the mountains. She enjoys creating things, being outdoors, shopping for anything but groceries, and an occasional movie.

Candice’s infectious laugh and happy personality affect co-workers and patients alike and make dental appointments enjoyable for everyone.

Rachelle joined Boyse Dentistry in 2025, shortly after moving back to Arizona, and loves her place as our Office Manager. As someone who loves working with people, Rachelle’s interactions with our amazing patients and exceptional staff is the favorite part of her job, although problem solving and keeping the office organized and running smoothly come in as a close second.

Rachelle grew up in beautiful Colorado and has enjoyed living in various places before settling in the deserts of Mesa in 2023. Although a mountain girl at heart, Rachelle has come to love the desert as well, spending her spare time paddle boarding, hiking, playing pickleball and running an activity program for disabled adults. She loves good movies, time with friends and family, traveling, and is a social butterfly.

She is the proud mom of 3 plus her bonus inlaws, and Nana is her favorite name to hear from her grandkids.
